Good day, My Name is Mrs. Davids and i have experienced a terrible experience with Game Appliances. I bought me a washing machine on the 1 June 2021 and 4 days ago it just started giving problems i went to the store and waited for a while in parow for assistance and they logged the call on monday and you know what it was the wrong call logged. i called back and advised them accordingly and they were going to log a call again, today im still waiting. I tried calling severeal times to parow game there is always no answer and no one to assist how terrible. i will never do business with Game again. im sitting with a broken machine that i paid so much money for an no one had the decency to call me from the store with an update.

so i want to advise people never to purchase from game ever again their customer service is pathetic. All i want is my machine to be replaced or give my money back.
