online tv purchase

bought a tv cash online at game stores and the delivery date started 21st of september, todat is the 23rd , when i track my order , it still says order confirmed, when i call the call centre , they say it left the warehouse but the do not know which couriers it was dropped off at and i will not get it today, i need my Tv today
