Online Service Terrible

Did online order from Game, once the package arrived 2 items was missing. No notice or email from Game informing that the products is not in the package. Phoned the helpdesk and after spending 15 min before someone helping i was told 2 different items was not available. Confused i told them they have their story completely swopped around. After spending over 30 min on the phone i was told the one product was not in stock and the other one they will deliver. Told them no just refund me on both. I have not received an email from Game stating the refund, tried mailing, no response. And to top it all they still advertise the product that is so called out of stock on their website. Terrible service.
