Online service is bad for business

Your online services is pathetic.

I order my phone cash last week 15 MEI 2024 and till today has not received it. I have been tracking my order and it was handed to the courier on Thursday ! I am so irrated cause if I knew that your service would be so pathetic I would have gone in-store to make a purchase but opted for courier services cause it usually takes up to 3 working days to deliver your goods. NO SENSE IN URGENCY.
