What a disappointment, what a **** online service, I am away from home.e and needed some groceries items for my kids and decides to buy online from game on the 17 of July and was told I will get my stuff the morning of the 19. I called them on the 18 after I receiving a message and organized someone to wait for them, no one arrived. I decided to call the on the 19 u told the driver was drunk someone is on the way to deliver. U ask them why they did not replace him and I did not get any response.

We waited and waited, and I called them again before 6 and told that I have to wait for 20 and that is when I asked them to cancel my order and I was told I have to wait 3 to 5 working days.

For really are u telling me after all this nonsense of service I still have to wait for another 5 days, so my kids will have to stive for another 5 day.

They should learn from pick and pay get only take 2 hours to prepare your order and deliver. I will never ever again use game service... what a **** service.
