online return at Game Store

I bought items online but unfortunately one of the items is not working and now I am taken back and forth with return. i am now supposed to go to the nearest store to return the item whilst i bought it online and the reason for buying online is that I have no means of transport yo carry the items. This service then becomes pointless then if i cant return or refund online.
