Online Purchasing
I bought a fridge online cash for R20 000, it was delivered 3-4days later in Roodepoort where I stay. Upon unwrapping the fridge has straches, The bottom door, top door and on the sides. I instantly inform Game, they say I must send pictures of the box, they are working on the matter. Till this day I have not gotten any help, each time I call they they say they will call me back in 5 minutes but they never do. I am without a fridge to use till this day and it's going to a month now, I really regret buying here, I should have bought via take a lot. Mind you this is a matte fridge and there is no way I can ignore the stretches. Very disappointed for a big store like GAME. MY NUMBER IS ***
