Online purchases are not refunded

It deserves no star at all. Game Online doesn't want to refund me for last month. I've been sent from pillar to post, just a ploy to make me forget the money due to me. I need to escalate this matter to the consumer commission; these are uncalled for.

Their backlogs cannot be my problem, imagine if I am struggling living in the city, how much misdittise for people in rural areas. Online doesn't even have a building where I can go and demand my money. Every time they are escalating the matter, or I'm being told that the matter is prioritized till today.
