Online purchase that went sour.

On the 21 February2023 I made an online purchase of R503 of which some items were cancelled automatically without informing me only realised that when I was tracking the order , On the 23 Feb 1 item was dispatched from the rest of the of the order which was the Twinsaver baking paper which was R29, 99 this prompted me to cancel the rest of order, I then requested to be refunded my money which to date I got refunded only R185 from the R503 that I paid, when I enquire about the rest of my money nobody is giving me any answers, Game has an unreliable and poor customer service to date. Gamr where is the rest of my money, when is it going to be refunded?
