Online purchase refund nightmare.

I purchased a washing online through the Game online portal. The washing machine was delivered and never opened. I decided the Defy 6kg washing machine was too small and I needed a bigger size machine. I returned the washing machine, it was collected by their courier service and they were supposed to issue a refund so I could order a bigger size washing machine. I am still waiting on a response two months later.
