Online Purchase Hell!!!!
Bad idea purchasing from Game online. I bought a washing machine on the 13th of December 2018, delivery came on the 18th of December 2018 of the wrong model. The couriers took it back the same day and I immediately called Game to inform them.
Up to today, there has not been any progress in terms of getting my correct order or getting a refund. I keep calling in and they say they have to find out if it is with the couriers or at the warehouse. It has been almost a month with the same story!!! Come on Game!!! I need my order or my money back!!
Get your house in order or do not run an online business if you do not have capacity!
