Online Purchase frustration and lies

Bought a bicycle on the 25th November 2020 and retailer promised to deliver within 14 days. 14 days lapsed without delivering the bicycle upon follow-ups I was told the product is out of stock which I disputed of course because I had received an email indicating that my product was dispatched. Then the retailer came back to say it was dispatched and I requested for tracking number which I never received irrespective of my countless follow-ups.

The email indicated that the courier company will contact me to arrange delivery to date I haven't received a call or the tracking number. To my surprise yesterday I received an Email saying the bicycle was returned to the warehouse as I was not home to receive the package. I don't understand the level of lying that's happening at Game, the retailer got their money similarly can I get my package
