Online purchase for 30 November not delivered

I ordered 2 camp master camp chairs online on 30 November. they were due to be delivered on 2 December however they were handed over to the courier company on 3 December but never delivered to me. I followed up on online chat on 5 December was informed by Chri******e that they will be delivered at the end of the 5th. in the evening same day i followed up and spoke to a very rude person called Qudsiyyah Lee and he/ she advised they called the courier and my order is pending. they will escalate to the online team and they will provide feedback in 24 to 48 hours. On Friday 6 December afternoon i received a call to check if they were delivered and i advised no. the guy said he is calling the courier company he will call me back. still waiting for a call even today 11 December. i followed up again on 10 December still same story that they are busy with my order. they will call me. How difficult is it to deliver 2 camp chairs?
