Online purchase done 2 weeks ago and goods still not delivered!

made an online purchase on the week of the 20th of June and to date 07/07 my good have not been delivered and when i try to follow up all i get is empty promises. When you ask to speak to a manager you are told they are not available. I am very disappointed with the service at Game online!
