Online Purchase Delay

I bought Nappies, Wipes and Fabric conditioner online on the 27th of April, expected delivery was the 4th, I haven't received my order till now, the status shows it is shipped it's been more than a week now showing that. I tried Live Chat I spoke with Sinovuyo and the store was not picking up . I tried Facebook messenger it's been days now telling me they are following up. I have no idea now what to do as I don't get the assistance I need . I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase online especially essentials like nappies 🥺😭
