Online Product Returned but no money has been received
I have now been waiting almost 3 months for a refund while game is taking there time with answering there calls. I have now made at least 20 calls to Game to get my money back. I have not even yet got the product I ordered. If someone has Masmart's managers numbers please let me have it as I am fed up.
Multiple times they also told me that managers are busy with customers and that they will call me back. This will never happen as they will delay it as much as possible.
I hope Masmart can help me

I see they will only reply once to a review you have written and that even if you write a private response, so if you need a reply just post multiple reviews with the same reference numbers.

My issue is finally resolved and my money has now been payed back.
Many thanks to Rudy for sorting out my issue here, he was the only one that took responsibility for what was happening.
