Online Printer Order *** - NOT DELIVERED/LOST

I have a problem with my online order i made on the Game website on the 24th of April 2020. I did not receive my order & yet I received an email claiming the delivery was made on Fri, May 1, 2020 at 10:35 AM.

I have made numerous calls to the call center with no response. I have opened a ticket on the Game website with this complaint ***2 Online Printer Order Not Delivered 04-05-20 11:18 AM 04-05-20 11:18 AM Open I have sent messages on Facebook & Instagram and they have not responded to me.

I've had to buy another printer from the Game Galleria branch on the 3rd of May 2020 because of this issue & I needed the printer since i am currently working from home. I just need my refund from this order.

Funny thing is when i send emails to enquirer about buying something, I always get a response from Game!
