On Monday 5 April, I attempted to purchase a Trojan TR1610 from Game website at R14999, and wanted to do a price beat against Makro for the same product at R12999. I went on the Game online whatsapp, sent screenshots and the links of the 2 stores, and was advised that my query has been escalated and response within 24-48 hours. It is now 72 hours and still no feedback. Today there is only 1 in stock on game website. Is this a ploy by Game, to delay the price beat, until stock runs out? If this was in store, they had nowhere to hide, but online, it is a ****. Beware !
