Online poor service

I bought a TV online on the 28 April 2023, it was showing that its available at Game Menlyn. I was later caller by Game Menlyn to explain that they don't have the TV, but they will be delivered to me, they escalated the matter to Head Office. Today 2 May 2023. I recieved an email saying my order is ready for collection. When I got to there store there was no TV.
