Online orders a joke

If I could have scored Game with anything less than one star, I would have. Game will never see me as a customer again. I understand during this difficult time of lock down, things can be a little more challenging, however, game has adverts full on Facebook declaring their commitment and encouraging online shopping. DO NOT do it. In an attempt to be responsible, and limit my movements to the shops, I placed an online order with game on the 28th March. To date, 6 April, I have not received anything. Upon placing a phone call, we have been told that the store I would have received my order from sent stock to other stores. So basically they have given my order, and by virtue, me, a massive middle finger stuff you! If you are not serious about servicing your online clients, don't advertise it, simple. Thankfully my order was not massive, but it is still essential items I require for my family, that I have paid for. We have asked for someone to call us, I doubt this will happen based on the clear commitment Game has to their customers. If you are thinking of supporting Game with online orders, I say again, DON'T, they do not care about you.

I believe that not only should business shortcoming be highlighted, but also their efforts and success in correcting poor service. After I managed to reach the highest levels of management, my situation has been suitable, and satisfactorily resolved. My order seems to be an exception to the rule, and the manner in which even the highest levels has worked to resolve the situation is truly commendable. Thank you Game management for restoring faith in your brand, and I wish you continued success with your online business. I can safely say that Game online is worth giving a try.

If I could change the 1 star to higher, I would.
