Online Ordered Cancelled Without Explanation

On the 3rd of August I ordered a 55 inch Telefunkin smart TV on promotion, I paid on the 3rd and that same night still I emailed a copy of the ID and TV license number as requested. I received an email the following day confirming receipt and that the order will be delivered within 7-14 working days. Yesterday on the 10th of August, 7 days later I received a email stating that my order had been cancelled. No explanation, nothing and mere minutes before the customer care and web call centre was closing. I insist that this order be processed and delivered within the confirmed timeframe and a explanation on the shocking service.
