Online order with short product and not informed

On the 5 December 2022 i have ordered 2 deco diamond dented rose gold lamp order no *** then they have delayed my delivery but they did update me with the sms the after few days i have received my order on the 13 December only to find is only 1 lump and no 1 inform me when I call them the told me that they where not awere of that u can imagine it was a gift I'm so disappointed with their on service I'm no longer have trust with them even 2day still waiting for my 2lump order on update what's wrong game with you the service is poor
