Online Order - Waiting almost 2 month and still no goods
I have already complained https://www.hellopeter.com/game/reviews/game-online-stores-***with the service that was rendered to me.
I really thought that customer service could not get any worse then what I have received to far but I was wrong. Bought the item online on the 10 July and still have not received anything from there side. Almost on a daily basis I have mailed the online support but no replies for Game.
They still have my money and item so clearly the customers best interest is not what is important to them. I am only at the point to say do not by anything online from them as there support is shocking.

21 Sept 2020, 17:18I am not sure what I feel about Game anymore. I still have not received my goods. I get a call every 2/3 weeks to tell me that I am important to them. I am told in my opinion lies and this one blaming that one in Game. I just want my goods so that I can close this chapter of my life.
