Online Order Still not Delivered (4 Weeks)

I placed an online order for a product on the 7th of October 2020. I am still waiting for delivery and I have called in about 10 times. Every time I can the ticket gets updated but I get no feedback. Ticket has been assigned to a support agent to resolve. Up until today no feedback from the support agent. Called in today again to cancel and get refund, let see if there is any feedback.
