Online order problems

I have placed an collection order 10 days ago some items were collected and 1 items they placed under delivery. There were items that was canceled from their side, of which i haven't been refunded yet, and the item for delivery hasn't even been shipped yet. DONT ORDER FROM GAME ONLINE. THERE SERVICE IS USELESS AND PATHETIC.
