Online order not recieved

I have purchased a deep freezer online on the 25/11/2021 , I was charged and promised to be delivered within 10 days till today i am waiting. I have been calling customer service since last week have been told that there is a problem with Game Gateway , tried to call Gateway branch no help at all , hv been transfered to a different line with no response. I hate this as they quickly debit my account but the goods not delivered and no one to speak to.
