Online Order Not Delivered - Online help has no clue why or where it is
Placed order ********** 32 online on the 15 April.
Today I am still waiting for any information or delivery information.
Spoke to the online chat and even they can't get hold of head office or the person in charge of delivery.
Spoke to them last week, and today. They can't give any update,
How can your own help line not be able to get hold of head office or the delivery team.
