Online order never again

This review is long overdue... I ordered a few items from game online Sep18, some of the items arrived the next day and some later in the week. But there were items still remaining which was two bar stools. The expected delivery time passed and the bar stools were not delivered. I then received an email confirming that all my items were delivered which was not accurate because i still has the bar stools missing. I called and the agents told me they would call be back at the end of the day to find out what happened but he didn't. I called back the next same thing, and a whole week went passed of me calling trying to figure out what's going on and even if i try to get the same agents i had spoken to previously they wouldn't be available. All i ever got was "we'll escalate" or "we'll call back" or "Check we'll check with the courier" or i must be the one checking with the courier(i didn't make the order with the courier, i made it with them, why is it my problem that they chose and unreliable courier), even with a reference number it didn't help. I even tried to get a refund but that was also a whole process of its own. Only a month later was i able to be helped and even still only one bar stool was delivered. I then went back to the whole process of me calling and never getting anywhere, I still don't have my second bar stool or a refund for it today about 3 months later since order made.
