Online Order

I have ordered the JVC speaker and the Bar heater on the 26 December 2023 and on my order I have requested a store pickup at the Somerset Mall branch because I am working during the week

Received an email confirming that the items were ready to be picked up.on the 30 I went in store only to be told that I can only get one item as they do not have stock of the second item and I was told that it is at N1 City Branch and it will be delivered. Called the customer service they indeed confirmed that the item is at the different branch.

Waited for for the call from them until I called again on the 05 Jan 2024 to request the order to be canceled because I have been waiting long and I was told by the consultant that cancelation was requested

Called again on the 8th to check the status of my cancelation and asked about refund and I was told to wait they do not have the time frame

This is so disappointing. Game is a big company for such service
