Online order delivery

At this point Game online shopping doesn’t deserve a single star! I have been waiting for my order for more than 14 working days and there’s no update on their website to track the order. Contacted the call centre and they told me the store (Craddlestone Mall) that is responsible for dispatching my order is not picking up their phones. I don’t receive correspondence from Game regarding my order being delayed . I’ve had to contact them because the promised delivery time has passed and the website tracking status has been since “dispatched”
