Online order complain
PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!!! Order number ***
It is with the outmost frustration and disappointment that I wrote this complain and hope somebody will respond.
I received the wrong item on 14 July 2020. Immediately on receiving I notice it is the wrong item. After contacting Game online the wrong item were collected by Dawn Wing Couriers with waybill number *** on 02 August 2020 after I get a promised that it will be collected on the Monday 20 July 2020 already.
Since the collection of the parcel a person Yolanda (the allocated person for my order) contacted me to confirm that the parcel was shipped and also confirmed that the correct item will be sent to me.
Numerous e-mails were sent by me to websupport with no reaction whatsoever. Well over 30 phone calls were made with a lot of promises that I will get a call back, still waiting for the answers

Again, after our phone discussion on Thursday, 17 Sept. 2020, nobody contact me on Friday as agreed on and promised by you. Again, another disappointment and no progress after 3 months.
If possible, please arrange for a credit note which will enable me to buy direct from any Game store as I have loose total trust in Game's online facility.
