ONLINE ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT REASON AFTER PAYMENT AT GAME

I purchased 2 tv trays on the 18 Jul 22 online from Game and selected nearest branch which was Galleria in Durban. The site indicated that they had 3 in stock. I placed the order, paid for the order, received acknowledgement of payment and delivery date. On the 19 Jul 22 I received a email stating my order had being cancelled no reason given and my money would be refunded in 3 to 4 days.
