Online order BIGGEST MISTAKE
I bought a laptop online on 2 May which is classified as an essential item. I paid and got an order number HOORAY!!! FF to 8 days later, I cannot track my order, game does not respond to DMs, posts, inboxes dololo sana. Now I decided to do the LIVE CHAT on the website and the response I got...... My Word!!!!! I need to wait until there is stock or get my refund which takes 7 to 14 working days...... Why take my money in the first place if there was NO STOCK??!! WHY???
