online order and bad customer service

I have purchased a TV online on the 15th of July, I was expecting a delivery on the 22 of July. Till this day my order has not been delivered. No one is responding to my emails. Customer services told me that the TV is out of stock, but on their website there’s 5 in stock. Zero recommendation.
