online order and bad customer service

i placed two online orders with game online with orders are *** and ***. order number *** it was cancelled and refunded to be without being notified no reasons was given for the cancelation. i got my money back which is fine, order *** i have ordered 3 item with one item was delivered after two days and the other 2 items even now they havent been delivered. since from monday i have been busy with call center following up on my order but still no success in getting my item delivered. after several follow up a driver was finally dispatched yesterday on Tuesday for him to come and deliver but that never happen because the driver he said he was given the wrong addresss, when i follow up with the store they even told me that the driver was not going to delvier two items that i have ordered but he was coming to deliver one item which was never communicated to me, what kind of service is this to be honest????? today i called the store again and they told me that they havent receive the item back from the courier guys and they dont know on when will they deliver it. i mean to be honest what kind of a game is game playing?????
