Online Misrepresentation of products

On the 24th of August 2022 I bought a TV stand online which was delivered the following day. TV stand was advertised as Natural Oak with 20 year warranty. Upon arrival TV stand was nowhere close to oak but made of paper foil with a one year warranty. I contacted Game Store to come and collect the TV stand because the advert was false advertising and misrepresentation. I was advised by Sandiso to send an email with pictures of the stand to *** which I did send. It then went quite for few days. I followed up with Game stores and spoke with a lady whose name I cannot recall she contacted Sandiso's dpt and she confirmed my email was received and Sandiso was on leave but my query will be resolved with 24hrs-48hrs, this was last week Tuesday 30 August 2022 but todate I haven't received any response nor collection of the TV stand. I need the store to urgently collect thier mediocre TV stand and refund me. I can be contacted on my email. Order number is ***
