ONLINE GAME STORES TAKING A CHANCE

I have purchased a washing amching from game. on the 26 Oct. on Friday the 30 I received a mail to say it was dispathce. On Sarurday the 31, I received amail to say it was delivered. WE DID NOT GET ANY DELIVERY. After I called , thye told me it was a system error. On Monday the 2 Nov, thye came to deliver, but a worng appliance instead of my washing machine, I have send several email and made telephonic call on the process and the problesm or hiccup, every person that assisted me on the phone had a different version and said thye will get back to me, still nothing , no tracking no and no responce. As a first time online buyer for game stores, I feel this is very very bad service from them and are not honest and truthful, They even told me if might be the item is out of stock!I will NEVER EVER PURHCASE FROM AGAIN EVER AGAIN!!!! IT IS PATHETIC ND i WILL NOW REQUEST FOR A REFUND.
