Online Click and Collect at Waterfall Mall

Did a online purchase to collect at the Waterfall Mall store in Rustenburg. Was in the Mall went to enquire and was told VERRRY RUDELY that the person doing the online orders where not working then after alot of attitude I was told I can come back during the week and check if the employee is back at work🤯!! I don't understand how only one person works with it and no one els!!!!!
