Online and delivery service is a complete fail? Don’t ever use them!!

I had ordered 2 items online 2 weeks ago. I received a notification from the courier to say that they would deliver on Monday. The tracker showed that it had arrived at the destination, however it didn’t. Only to find out that they had the incorrect address. I communicated to the driver and asked him to deliver to the correct address. However he didn’t and got a notification that this was sent back to the dispatching store. I tried to contact the courier and game, however to no avail. Lo and behold, the exact same thing happened on Tuesday. By then I had called games call center. The lady was helpful and assured me that she escalated to the online team to assist. I was out of town for the weekend and asked them to deliver on the next Monday. However, I received an email saying that the courier had only returned 1 out of the 2 good they purchased. I called the call center yet again. They assured me that they will replace the 2nd item and get it dispatched. 4 calls, several emails and 2 weeks later, I have nothing!!!! It’s not my fault as a customer if 1. The courier service they use is inefficient (WumDrop) 2. That Game is unable to communicate the correct delivery address to the courier. Despite communication to me on confirmation of order having the correct address.

This is such an inconvenience. I’m so irritated with them that I won’t order anything online from them. You always win at game - I disagree! Lost my money, days and airtime trying to get my goods that I purchased! However no luck!!!
