One star for Game canal walk

I bought a washing machine from Game Canal walk 2 weeks ago (in store) and also paid for delivery. I am still waiting for my washing machine to be delivered. No apology or communication. I am the one who keeps following up with both Game and the courier company. I am so disappointed with the service.
