One person can make a BIG difference

I purchased a fridge online and with the R 90 delivery fee for November promotion I thought it would be a good idea. I made the purchase on Saturday 7 November. It states that it'll take 7 - 10 working days to be delivered. Meaning i would receive it between 17 and 20 November. This morning 10 November, I received an email to confirm delivery. You can imagine what went through my mind about it being delivered to the wrong person etc. I contacted Game via their live chat. Spoke first to Maryam but she left the chat after requesting my details which I then asked which details she was refering to (I had given her my order number at the beginning of the chat.) I then started a new chat and spoke to Rene. The most helpful person I have come across. What great assistance. Rene even sent me the link to the couriers and the waybill number! And that was without me asking for the info. Rene deserves a reward for making Game look so good! Rene is the reason Game gets 4 stars. Before chatting to Rene this review started with 2 stars. Now to wait for delivery!
