ONE MONTH OLD LAPTOP THAT DOES NOT WORK

I'm so disappointed with my recent purchase at Game (Knysna)... I bought a Lenovo laptop for R4000 on 17 July 2017. Opened packaging for first time over a week later to set it up. Noticed it was quite slow so I connected it to the Internet to let it do a software update. As of last week the sound only works on and off and u cannot so much as play a dvd in its soooooo slow and freezes constantly. Now as off last night the sound doesn't work at all! ??? R4000 down the drain and now I cannot complete my online studies!!! So now what? Sell me a faulty laptop and then I must wait a month for u to fix it and send it back? I've already missed tonight's online class :-(

Spoke to manager at Game Knysna he was very unhelpful and rude. Said I must bring it in and if it's damaged they will send it away and I'll have to wait 3 weeks for them to access it. This is unacceptable. I paid u R4000 for a laptop to do an online course and now I must just wait, miss the whole course and keep my money???
