One month and still waiting for my washing machine to be delivered

I bought a Samsung washing machine from Game Zevenwacht on 02/09/2017 and have yet to receive my washing machine. I have phoned numerous times only to be told they still haven't received it. Earlier last week they offered to change it and give me another machine which was going to be delivered by 27/09/2017. Wonder above wonder, still nothing. Apparently they are still waiting for this one now too. It's been a month now and this is simply unacceptable.
