One Month and fridge still not replaced!

I bought a fridge from Game Gateway and after 2 days the fridge displayed an error code and stopped cooling. So I called to get it looked at, after a week a technician arrived. The diagnoses is the fan is not working and I need a new fridge. This was on the 13th of November 2020. Today is the 8th December 2020 and i still don't have a replacement fridge. I have made multiple calls and its always "its being looked at". Last week i got a call the credit has been approved and somebody from sales will contact with regards to a new fridge and still nothing has happened. It is so frustrating. Basically for a month i do not have a fridge. I am unable to store anything and in the hot Durban climate alot of my food got spoilt. This is so unacceptable, i just want my fridge.
