Once again Game West Street BAD SERVICE

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On 31 July 2016 I reported a fault on our DEFY washing machine. The gentleman on duty at the Appliance department made copies of my invoice and extended warranty policy and told me that someone will call me the following week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the store on Thursday, 4 August 2016, a person by the name of Innocentia attended my call can advised me that a technician will call me by Monday, 8 August 2016. But to date no one has called me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling the store today but no one is answering the phones. How am I going to resolve this matter if the phones are not answered!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely upsetting. The service at Game West Street is beyond disappointing. This is not the first time that Game West Street store has disappointed me.</p>
