Once again charged for an account paid up two months ago!

Once again Game is charging me for something that was resolved. All debits was removed included the insurance on the card, now I receive another statement that I owe R48 with a running opening balance of R59.77 yet this account was settled in full. This is the last time I am asking Game an Rcs to resolve this. I still didn't receive a statement that this account was cleared but was informed that the account was paid up so what now. I will complete the forms of Ombudsman an submit it to them while also waiting for Game to resolve this.
