On line order return process failure

I orders a product on line in December, on the advice of the chat box agent. When I received the order, product info was incorrect. I arranged for game to collect the order, that was on 22/12. I am still waiting for my refund and I am not getting any response from game whatsoever. I am wondering if I will ever get my refund. What I do know, is that I will never order from them again
