oh what a bad service

<p>2 weeks ago i cannt remeber the dates clearly, but it was around the weekend of black friday, i did a rein check of pumpers pants and Nido 3 , 3 daYs before I have been coming to the shop if they had a stock in the shop after that 3 days thats when i was advised to dot down my contact details, after that i did not stop calling game to check if the stock has arrived, they kept saying not yet i called 4 times, i then physically went to the shop and check the lady said to me there stock hasnt aarrived they will definately give me a call once they arrive, yesterday I went to the shop again i happen to be reffered to a very arrogant Manager called Morris Mlilo ( Game @Reds Mall)the lady who knows my whole story and incidents of coming to the shop explained to him that I have been coming to the shop the manager said "angisebenzi kanjalo i dnt deal with hearsay" the lady tried to make him understand about my story but never understood, they told me the person who wrote my detaisl is no longer working there, i then asked if is it my fault the arrogant manager said its not my fault either with a very unwelcoming attitude, after that he said unfortunately arguiung is not going to take us any where i told him im not arguing i am asking the way forward because theres a lot of evidence that I have been coming to the shop, as I was on my way out of the store the lady who was assisting me all along went to the counter next to the exit door she was asking other ladies sadly if they still remember me by then i was leaving with a big dissapointment where the so called manager doesnt have a good manner of talking to a client its very unfortunate i am a frequent GAME customer, and this has inconvinienced me a lot because I did not buy these Items since I was waiting for my Rein check as said by the person who took my details. I am very angry I do not want anything to do with GAME at Mall@ REDS because of that so called Manager Morris.</p>
