Office Chair poor quality
We have had the unfortunate event of having bought an expensive office chair from Game in Belair's centre just to have the lift function stop working after a month.
They won't help us unless we have a receipt although they could probably pull up the sale based on the time and date of the purchase on our Credit Card Statement. Its also very clear that it is a factory defect so I'm not sure why they just won't help.

After the debacle with Game and their staff who did not want to help up, Head office Tracked down the purchase and swapped out the chair the next day after contacting. Big Thanks to the Head Office Team who showed they care.
I was so impressed I returned to purchase another office chair like the one that was swapped the day after.
