Of extremely inferior or disappointing quality or rating

Very bad service and its not the first time. I placed my order 6 days ago and started following up from the 4th day...the person I chatted with informed me that I was going to receive my order on that day , I followed up on the 5th day and they told me the same thing. The guy I spoked to now Aadam Elias informed me that I should receive my order today or tomorrow . The game policy states " Delivery in 2 – 5 days and up to 7 days if you live outside a major city. On occasion, due to issues outside of our control, deliveries may take longer. We will make every effort to deliver on time and to keep you updated throughout the process. " The nearest Game store is about 6km from my house so why do I have to wait 7 days ? This is very POOR service.
